At Président, we are just as passionate about making consistently outstanding cheeses to the traditional recipe today, as we were when we produced our first Camembert all those years ago. Our master cheesemakers have produced cheeses that have won medals in prestigious Cheese Awards across the globe, setting a standard that we will continue to live up to.

 

CAMEMBERT

Proudly made in Australia in the traditional Normandy method – the only compromise we have made is to use pasteurised cows’ milk! Our master cheesemakers have created a Camembert that is true to type. An edible ‘bloomy’ white rind surrounds a soft creamy centre with a mild flavour that becomes bolder, richer and creamier as it ages. Président Camembert is available in traditional wheels from 200g to 1kg.

The beauty of Président’s Camembert, is that it goes great with either sweet or savoury! If you’re feeling fruity, try it with a range of fresh fruits including apples, pears, grapes and berries – even a little bit of honey is exquisite! For the savoury seekers, it goes perfectly with cured meats and dry nuts.

DOUBLE BRIE

Inspired by the famed Meaux region of France our rich, creamy Double Brie is made in the traditional way by our master cheesemakers right here in Australia. Président Double Brie is a true reflection of the Brie style with its complex, ‘earthy’ aroma, soft, runny centre, creamy texture and white bloomy rind. Available in a range of sizes, in traditional wheels from 200g to 3kg.

PAIRINGS

When considering your accompaniments with Président’s Double Brie, opt for both green and black olives, tapenades and a fruit chutney. If you want something a little more robust, consider cured meats, like Bresaola, Prosciutto or Serrano Ham.

CRÈME DE BRIE

Président Crème de Brie is everything we love about Brie blended into a luxurious, ultra-creamy spread! Made from our deliciously creamy classic Président Brie.

An authentic French cheese made from unpasteurised cow’s milk in the Franche-Comté region of eastern France. Matured for at least six months, Président Comté is renowned for its semi-hard texture, pale yellow interior and nutty, fruity flavour. Président Comté is available in a 250g resealable bag.
